Booking & Cancellation Policy

A $45 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment up to two (2) times without penalty.

• Your deposit will roll over to your new appointment date.

• Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 3 or more hours prior to your scheduled appointment will receive a full deposit refund.

• Cancellations made less than 3 hours before your appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

We understand emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Policy

Service Area & Travel Fees

Our regular service area is within 20 miles of Santa Clarita.

If you are outside this area, additional travel fees may apply. Please reach out in advance if you’re unsure whether your location falls within the service range.

Maintenance Packages & Pre-Booked Sessions

Maintenance packages offer recurring service at a preferred rate and provide priority scheduling. Sessions are delivered based on your selected schedule (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly) and do not represent additional time within a single month.

Pre-booking multiple sessions may include built-in savings and preferred scheduling.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you feel additional time is needed to achieve your desired result, we’re happy to discuss next steps.

If additional services are requested during your appointment, they may be provided as time and availability allow.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is always respected. All work is performed with care and discretion.

For document-based services such as Scan & Shred, all identifying and sensitive materials are securely handled and properly disposed of.

Information obtained during your service is kept confidential and will never be shared without your consent.

Liability Release

Violet VENTURES maintains liability insurance for both residential and commercial services.

By engaging our services, the client agrees to release and hold harmless Violet VENTURES from any claims, damages, or losses arising during service, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Clients are responsible for securing personal property and ensuring any additional insurance coverage beyond our policy.

Refund Policy

• Deposits are refundable with 3+ hours notice.

• Services rendered are non-refundable once completed.

• Package sessions not yet used may be reviewed for refund eligibility at our discretion.
