Welcome to violet VENTURES. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By booking services, approving a proposal or estimate, or otherwise engaging with violet VENTURES, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling services, submitting payment, or approving a proposal or estimate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Provided

violet VENTURES provides professional organization services, which may include decluttering, sorting, organizing, labeling, light cleaning, document and photo organization, inventory support, packing and unpacking, event support, and virtual consultations. Services are provided as outlined in the approved proposal or estimate.

All services are collaborative in nature. Final decisions regarding what to keep, discard, donate, or reorganize remain with the client.

Our regular service area is within 20 miles of Santa Clarita. If you are outside this area, additional travel fees may apply. Please reach out in advance if you’re unsure whether your location falls within the service range.

3. Scope of Services & Time Adjustments

All packages and hourly bookings are based on the estimated time and scope discussed during the consultation. Organization projects can vary depending on volume, decision-making, and the pace of the session.

If a project requires more time than originally anticipated, this will be clearly communicated and discussed with the client during the session to determine next steps. No additional time or services will be scheduled or billed without client approval.

4. Booking, Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to confirm all bookings and will be applied toward the final balance. The remaining balance is due on the day of service unless otherwise stated in the proposal.

Maintenance packages and pre-booked sessions may require payment in full or according to the terms outlined in the approved estimate.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Deposits will roll over for rescheduled appointments when notice is provided within this window.

Cancellations made less than 3 hours prior to the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate access details (address, parking, gate codes)

• Identifying fragile, valuable, or sensitive items prior to service

• Ensuring a safe working environment

violet VENTURES is not responsible for damage to items that are fragile, pre-damaged, or not disclosed prior to service.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Client privacy is a priority. All personal information, documents, and belongings are handled with discretion. Photos are only taken with consent and will never include identifying information unless explicitly approved.

Document scanning and shredding services are handled securely, and identifying or sensitive information is properly disposed of.

8. Insurance & Liability

violet VENTURES maintains liability insurance for residential and commercial organization services. While care is taken at all times, clients agree to release violet VENTURES from liability for incidental damages or losses, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Maintenance Packages

Maintenance packages include a predetermined number of sessions at a preferred rate and are intended to be used within the agreed timeframe. Sessions are non-transferable and apply only to the original client and service location.

Maintenance sessions are designed to refresh and maintain existing systems. Larger reorganization projects or new spaces may require additional time or a separate booking.

10. Website Use

All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of violet VENTURES and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

12. Changes to These Terms

violet VENTURES reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
